When we settle down for our call, we will lay hold on all these things that became new in us and beautify our lives with them.
SENSE OF VALUE
Another problem of the believer is a wrong sense of value. God does not regard any one rich because he/ she has money. Rev. 3:17-18. But the more of the riches of glory (“thing”) you are able to acquire. 2 Cor. 8:9. Christ endowed us with the heavenly treasures. Col. 3:1-2. As we possess these things and we are able to enjoy them, God regards us as rich. Luke 16:11 but the problem is that we have given our heart to possess uncertain riches.
WHAT TO DO NOW
We should settle down and be diligent to possess the CERTAIN and DURABLE riches.
- Divine peace- without it, life is basterdised and our thoughts and actions are hampered.
- Divine joy- it is a life lubricant i.e. a heart lifted out of circumstances. A state of sweetness and spirit of celebration.
- Divine assurance- a life of every day confidence, certainty and total trust in God.
- Divine total freedom- a life where nothing negative has no effect on you.
- Divine strength- always strong to face anything, anytime, anywhere, no matter how long. WHAT A LIFE!
- Divine power- ability to cause things to happen. Ability to control the un-settled with the settled realities.
- Made to seat- together with Christ.
- Absolute dominion- always a ruler and a controller.
- Total settled state- no matter what happen, always unshakeable and unmovable by the circumstances.
The more of these riches you possess, the more beautiful you are for we are meant to shine out the treasures of God’s Glory.
THE CALL NOW
If you so desire to be rich, and be a member of the COMMON WEALTH with God, the call now is to settle down and break the yoke of materialism and cares of this life. Prov. 23:4-5, Matt. 13:22. Settle down and be diligent about getting yourself out of this yoke and go for the true riches.
